Earl Gray Gin is different from London Dry Gin – the juniper is second in character to the tea. After 12 months and 10 botanicals, aroma, flavor, balance, and stability are perfect.

Cape Tea Gin hails from the Rooibos bush of the Cedarburg Wilderness, Western Cape, South Africa. The leaves are bruised, fermented to bring out the fruit note. Cassia and cubeb pepper frame the character.

Caravan Tea Gin is dried over burning pine needles for a smoky note. The distillation captures notes of the Lapsang Souchong leaf. Cardamom and long pepper carefully frame the character with a titillating smoke note.
