Made from the very rare Chino Verde agave grown wild in the mountains of Oaxaca, this mezcal made for Bozal comes from Sola de Vega in Oaxaca. Made in the ancestral method with nearly everything done by hand and with a double pot distillation to proof in clay pot stills, the spirit is deeply expressive of its terroir and of the rare, precious agaves it was made from that are harvested only when fully mature and ripe.
