Cabal Botella De Caballo Añejo Tequila 750ML - CABAL AÑEJO is a premium tequila aged 18 months, building on the exquisite quality of our CABAL REPOSADO. The aging process amplifies the present qualities of our reposado, resulting in an even richer color, aroma, and flavor.

This well-rounded, multi-layered tequila offers a palate of sweet oak and butterscotch and finishes with ultra-smooth vanilla highlights. Its taste is a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and tradition, making it perfect for sipping or as a component in your favorite cocktail.

CABAL AÑEJO is made using the same production process as our other expressions, overseen by Maestro Jimador Eduardo S. Lara and Maestro Tequilero Alvaro Montes. The agaves are baked in a 32-ton Mason oven for 42 hours, utilizing natural yeast for fermentation for 72 hours, and double-distilled to perfection before being placed in oak barrels to rest for 18 months.
