Abasolo is crafted only from the finest non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn that has been cultivated for hundreds of years by local farmers. A 4000-year-old traditional cooking process called Nixtamalization then transforms the ancestral corn into this unique whisky, uncovering notes of roasted corn, honey, vanilla, chamomile tea, and leather.
