The light color resembles that of chardonnay, a distinctive indication of its aging. And it’s smooth. Reaaallll smooootthhh. Dry, clean taste with vanilla overtones and a pleasant finish. Smooth enough to sip neat, but shines as the base for most traditional cocktails.
